Project Update: Structural Timber Roof Carcass installation complete at Elderswell Retirement Village, Bedford
We’re proud to have designed, manufactured and installed the roof carcass for ten Assisted Living apartment blocks for Countryside Properties, part of Vistry Group, at Inspired Villages’ Elderswell Retirement Village.
Designed to sit comfortably alongside the character of the surrounding village, these roofs were anything but simple, featuring stepped eaves, varying ridge heights, hips, valleys and Dormers.
Our in-house team delivered a comprehensive Roof Truss solution to bring the project together, including Raised Collar Trusses, Girder Trusses, Fire Break Spandrel Panels and Flat Roof Trusses, all delivered 100% On Time In Full and installed on schedule.
