Wyckham Blackwell delivered an innovative timber-engineered roof solution for two high-end homes in Dorridge, replacing a steel-heavy design with fully engineered attic trusses.

The solution maximised usable living space, created spacious third-storey rooms and preserved the architect’s original layouts, while complying with local planning restrictions.

The project was recognised with the 2025 TRA Roofscape Design Award – Residential Project of the Year.
